From set up to finished product, we offer a complete embroidering service.  All artwork is digitised to allow our machines to read your design.  From there we colour match our threads to your branding and complete a test design for your approval. 

We choose the thread type depending on the complexity of the design, which could mean you have a standard size thread or a slightly smaller one when more detail is required.  We are also able to offer recycled threads if you wish for your product to be more friendly on the environment.

Once approved your designs will then be embroidered onto your garments.  We use the strongest stabiliser to make sure that the embroidery will not pucker in the wash.

Certain garments might have a thicker texture to them, for these we are able to apply a backing over the design during the embroidering process to make sure that the threads do not get ‘lost’ due to the weight of the fabric.

We are also able to apply a further backing to the rear of the embroidery if they are going to be worn by young children to stop any itching that may occur.

We can also carry out 3D Puff Embroidery. This process involves us digisiting your artwork in a slightly different way to allow for long threads as a foam will be added onto the garment before the stitching process commences.  Once complete the excess foam is then removed from the garment and your designs are complete!
