Deliveries and despatches are made during the working week from Monday to Friday. If you require an item urgently please contact us and we will see if we can despatch to you as soon as possible.
We use a variety of different delivery companies depending on the size and value of your order. These methods will be decided by us unless specifically requested by you. If you have requested a delivery method that we would not use for your order then a surcharge may be payable.
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within two days after receipt of the goods so we can arrange for a replacement item to be sent out to you.
We cannot be held responsible for any delays in your parcel being delivered to you once it has been despatched but in times of disputes by our couriers we will endeavour to use alternative methods to make sure you receive your products in a timely manner.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cheapest way to return an item is Royal Mail 2nd Class post. You will receive a tracking number which will let you know once a delivery attempt has been made. Please keep this as proof of postage.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If you are returning items to us, please include the tracking information in your email to us so we know when to expect the return.
