Artwork Guide
At Heatwave Print we want your branded clothes to look as good as possible, that’s why we need the best version of your artwork that you have.
Our machines require high quality images, in .EPS, .AI, .PDF or .SVG formats. This is because those formats enable our machines to working in the best possible resolution for printing. Vector files are especially important when we are providing CAD cut Vinyl as the machines need to follow exact lines for the sharpest and cleanest cut.
Our industrial embroidery machines require your logo to be converted to a digital version, for this we charge a one-time set up fee, per logo, to enable the machines to stitch the patterns. This is charged at £30 exc VAT, with discounts available if you have multiple embroidery files to convert. If you have already had your logo digitised then we are happy for you to provide that artwork to us.
For our digital printing we can print from the pantone colours that are saved within your files. Any logos that are single colour text need to be converted into shapes, again to allow for the best possible print.
If you are unable to provide or convert your artwork then we are able to convert these for you, for our standard artwork fee of £30 exc VAT.
If you are unsure of if you artwork is of a good enough standard for printing please contact us via email at hello@heatwaveprint.co.uk, phone on 07776 989 088 or via WhatsApp in the bottom right corner of the website.
