At Heatwave Print we can brand your clothing with a wide variety of printing methods. All have their own benefits and some are only suitable for certain products. EMBROIDERY
Cap embroidery, 3D embroidery or a standard chest embroidery, we can brand your uniform exactly how you want it. And don’t forget if you want to be sustainable we also offer recycled threads.
SCREEN PRINTING
Single colour, or up to six colours, our screen printing is carried out in-house, using our manual press. We use water-based Eco-Friendly inks and this can be complemented by our sustainable range of clothing.
DIRECT TO GARMENT
The next step up from screen printing, Direct to Garment (DTG), is just like printing a photo, but onto clothes. Exact colour matching and great detail, best results on cotton garments, these are great for complex and vibrant designs.
VINYL
Heat pressed, CAD cut designs, used on a variety of different materials, these are great for sports kits or adding your branding to other promotional items our other print methods cannot do.
DIRECT TO FILM
Digital prints, printed with Eco-friendly inks, indirectly on to a film and heat applied to your garments. Suitable for all types of garments, and perfect for complex designs.
SUBLIMATION
Digital prints, printed onto a paper and heat applied to white polyester garments. Also used for printing on to mugs, mouse mats and other promotional items.
